Short version: the calculator never sends your numbers anywhere, and we only keep your email if you ask for the free sheet.

The calculator

The Debt-Free Date Calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The debts, balances and payments you type are not uploaded, logged or shared. Your browser may remember them on your own device so they are still there next time; clearing your browser data removes them.

Your email

If you request the free sheet, your email address is collected by the service that delivers it (Gumroad, or the email tool named on the signup form). We use it to send you the sheet and a few emails about paying off debt and managing money. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your address.

Purchases

Payments for the Money Dashboard are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see your card details.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics are added later, this page will say so.

YouTube API Services

Our internal tool, Dollar Math Uploader, uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos, captions and thumbnails to our own channel and to post one comment under our own videos. It is used only by the channel owner. It does not read, store or share any data about other YouTube users. The only Google data it keeps is the access token for our channel and the IDs of videos we uploaded, stored on our own computer and server.

YouTube API Services are covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.
